We Are Here For Change.

The industry as a whole is doing very little to make sure we have a sunstainable future for Black, women and other diverse Brewers. HBIP is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that is looking to To provide structured brewing education, training, professional mentorship and resources to women and other BIPOC brewers in the pathway to professional commercial brewing and brewery startup/ownership. At the launch of this program we will work to advance the brewing community and grow more diversity and inclusion in an industry which has historically struggled with equality.⦁ The industry as a whole is doing very little to make sure we have a sunstainable future for Black, women and other diverse Brewers.
